Southeast Med-Spa is a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Owned and operated by Dr. William Turlington and his wife, Angel Turlington, RN, NP, they began providing skin care services to clients in Clayton, NC in November 2009 and to Smithfield clients in 2006.

Angel specializes in injectables and has advance certifications in both neurotoxins (like Botox®) and fillers (like Restylane® and Juvederm®). As a practitioner, she will listen to your concerns and make suggestions that will result in a more natural, youthful appearance. She will provide a free consultation during which time she will customize a plan that addresses your concerns and satisfies your goals. She can make recommendations to address specific concerns with existing wrinkles, cellulite, loose skin, spider veins, age spots, and put a regime in place to avoid further damage to your sign and the resulting visible signs of aging.
